Beginners Pasta Class

Adelina will teach you how to make your own pasta from scratch.

Mix the dough and roll the dough. She will show you how to make Fettuccine, Lasagne, and Cannelloni.  Make your own Ravioli and filling, then sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour.

There is nothing more rewarding then sitting down at the “Chefs Table” to a plate of fresh homemade pasta.

Italian Sauces

This is one of Adelina’s most popular classes. Master the art of sauce making the Italian way.

Adelina will show you how to make traditional sauces, including Marinara, Pesto Genovese, Carbonara, and Sausage Ragu.

Most of these sauces can be whipped up in the time it takes to boil pasta. Fresh pasta is then served sampling two of the sauces prepared during the class and eaten at the “Chefs Table”.

Cannoli& Crostoli Class

During this class you will learn how to make the perfect "Traditional Cannoli" as well as Chocolate Cannoli and Baked Cannoli. Three Cannoli fillings are also made during class as well as Crostoli. Sample the filled Cannoli and Crostoli over a cup of coffee at the “Chefs Table” and then take the finished product home with you in boxes provided by Adelinas Kitchen. Class sizes minimum 4 people, maximum 8 people. Recipes with colour photographs are yours to take home.

Risotto & Rice based Deserts

This is a classic Italian dish when prepared correctly will impress family and friends. Adelina will show you the best rice, stock to use when making seafood, chicken, meat or vegetables Risotto. After the lesson you will be able to prepare a main meal in about 25 minutes for 2–10 people. This class also includes how to make rice based entrees such as Arancini Balls, delicious rice pudding deserts.

Italian Deserts

Adelina has a passion for creating superb Italian desserts, including Tiramisu, sensuous Panna Cotta and mouth watering Semifreddo. She will demonstrate just how easy it really is prepare these wonderful desserts, discuss with you the ingredients and the variations that can be made to them so as you can bring these wonderful desserts to your own table. Enjoy sampling the range of desserts you have made over a cup of coffee at the “Chefs Table”.

ItalianBiscotti

During this class Adelina will demonstrate how to make a selection of classic Biscotti. All are mouth watering Italian biscotti made throughout Italy in celebration of special occasions. You will mix the fillings, roll and pipe the biscotti and learn about their origins and traditions associated with these wonderful biscuits. Sample the biscuits over a cup of coffee at the “Chefs Table” and then take the finished product home with you.

Dessert& Biscotti Combo

During this class you will make a selection of two Dessert and two Biscotti! This is a great class that combines two of Adelinas most popular classes.

Enjoy tasting the Dessert & Biscotti you have made over a cup of coffee at the “Chefs Table” and then take the finished product home with you in boxes provided by Adelinas Kitchen.
