Adelina’s classes are very popular with Mothers & Daughters, Husband & Wives, other family groups and friends having a day out together.

A three hour class costs $150.00 per person and includes the class as described and consumption of food prepared at the “Chefs Table”.
Recipe booklets are included complete with colour photographs with each class.
All classes held at Adelinas Kitchen are “Hands on” and have a maximum of 8 people per class.
Classes take place at Adelina’s Kitchen Dromana Victoria 3936 - on the Mornington Peninsular during weekdays and weekends.

Adelina will teach you how to make a number of traditional Italian Sauces to complement Pasta and Gnocchi.
Most of these sauces can be whipped up in the time it takes to boil pasta. Fresh pasta is then served sampling two of the sauces prepared during the class and eaten at the “Chefs Table”.
Adelina will teach you how to make a number of traditional Italian Desserts and Biscotti. Sample over coffee at the end of class then take home what you have made in boxes provided by Adelinas Kitchen.
You will mix the fillings, roll and pipe the biscotti and learn about their origins and traditions associated with these wonderful biscuits.
Three Cannoli fillings are also made during class as well as Crostoli.
Sample the filled Cannoli and Crostoli over a cup of coffee at the “Chefs Table” and then take the finished product home with you in boxes provided by Adelinas Kitchen.
Recipes booklet with colour photographs are yours to take home.
Adelina will teach you how to make two great Risotto’s during this class along Arancini, Rice Croquettes and Eggplant Croquettes.
After the lesson you will be able to prepare a main meal in about 25 minutes for 2–10 people.

Enjoy sampling the range of desserts you have made over a cup of coffee at the “Chefs Table”.

Adelina started cooking for her family as a young girl of seven in the small Calabrian town of Cervicati in the Province of Cosenza, Italy whilst her parents worked the land. Adelina was still a young woman when her family migrated to Australia, her passion for cooking was so strong she enrolled at the William Angliss TAFE College and became a qualified Chef.
After graduating Adelina worked at Campari Bistro as Head Chef, Scusami Ristorante, where she specialised in regional Italian cuisine and desserts. During this time Adelina also took part in pasta making demonstrations at Southbank and the Melbourne Food show.
Adelina then joined Enoteca Vino Bar as a pastry Chef to create a range of traditional Italian biscotti, cakes, desserts and handmade pasta. Her passion for sharing her knowledge led to Adelina teaching at the cooking classes run by the Enoteca.
Today Adelina teaches you about Italian Cooking at her cooking school “Adelinas Kitchen Dromana”.
